1. Log in to your Find My app using your Apple ID

2. At the bottom of your screen in the Devices tab click on your AirPods

3. When you click on AirPods it will show you on your map where they were last located, as well as the time last used and gives you the ability to play sound from the AirPods to make them easier to find.
