Blank EMS360 fix - Macbook and iPad
MacBook:
Close any tabs on your MacBook that you have EMS360 open on.
Click on Safari in the top left corner and then click on Preferences.
3. Click on the button called Privacy and click the button Manage Website Data.
4. Search for EMS360 in the search bar and click Remove.
5. Once you have done this go back to EMS360 click on SSO and login.
6. Your EMS360 should now display all your data.
iPad:
1. Close any tabs on your iPad that you have EMS360 open on.
2. Go to the Setting App and on the left side scroll down to Safari.
3.Once you are in the Safari tab, scroll down until you see a button called Clear History and Website Data. Click on the button and click the red Clear button.
4. Once you have done this go back to EMS360 click on SSO and login.
5. Your EMS360 should now display all your data.
