How to join a Teams meeting as an External Guest (on iOS)
1. Download the Microsoft Teams app on the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Go to the meeting invite email sent and click on the meeting link provided.
3. Click Join as a guest.
4. Input your name and click Join meeting.
5. Congratulations! You have joined the meeting. To leave the meeting, press the red phone at the bottom of the screen.
How to join a Teams meeting as an External Guest (on Desktop)
1. Go to the meeting invite email sent and click on the meeting link provided. The link will open on your preferred browser.
2. Click Continue on this browser.
3. Type in your name then click Join now. Allow access to microphone and camera if necessary.
4. Congratulations! You have joined the meeting. To leave the meeting, press the red phone at the bottom of the screen.
