How to run Parent Teacher Interviews in Teams (For Staff)

1. Open Teams, Select Calendar, Select the Parent Teacher Interview appointment,

2. Select Join

3. Select People

4. When a Parent joins, they will be listed in the "Waiting in Lobby". To allow the Parent to join select the tick

5. Parents can leave at any time from the meeting but can be removed if required from the meeting if they are unable to leave themselves
