Book Box Issues - Missing Texts on Box of Books app

HOW TO RESOLVE ISSUES WITH BOOK BOX
1. Log-in to Box of Books online on CHROME or SAFARI.
2. Enter your CEWA email address (e.g jsmith1@student.cewa.edu.au)
3. Click SIGN IN and re-enter your CEWA email address (jsmith1@student.cewa.edu.au)
4. Go to Personal Profile and Refresh your profile.
5. Go to your Box of Books app and Refresh your book box. Your digital resources should be available, and ready to download.
