MacOS - Fix no A3/double-sided printing option

Please see the steps below for how to fix missing printing options:


  • Quit the program(s) that you wish to print from:

  • Click on the Apple icon in the top right of the screen, then ‘System Settings…’: 


  • In the top left, click the search icon; search for ‘print’; click on the printer you wish to use:

  • Once you have clicked the printer causing issues, at the bottom of the screen click ‘Remove Printer’:

  • Repeat previous steps for any other problematic printer, if applicable.
  • In the bottom right, click ‘Add Printer’:

  • Select the printer you wish to add back, make sure ‘Use Air Print’ is selected’, and click ‘Add’:

  • Repeat for any other problematic printers if applicable.
  • Set your preferred printer such as ‘Corpus find-me printing’ as your default:

  • Launch the program you wish to print from, and you should now have the missing options:
