How To: Download Everyone Can Create eBooks
Our Everyone Can Create eBooks should now have been installed onto each of your iPads, you can access these by opening up the “Books” app on your iPads and navigating to Library > All in the left-hand menu pane, the eBooks should then be available for you to read. If these are not available for you, please proceed to the "Downloading From The Self-Service Portal" section below to manually download your eBooks:
1. Open the "Books" app on your iPad:
2. On the left-hand menu pane, go to Library > All:
3. You should now see your Everyone Can Create eBooks:
Downloading From The Self-Service Portal
If the eBooks are not available within the “Books” app yet, you can also download these from the Self-Service Portal using the below steps (Please Note: It may take up to five minutes for the eBooks to download and show in the “Books” app from when you select “Install” in the Self-Service portal, there is unfortunately no progress bar to show the status):
1. Open the Self-Service Portal on your iPad:
2. The Everyone Can Create eBooks should show up in the “Featured Content” section when opening the Self-Service portal:
3. Alternatively, you can scroll down to our Categories and choose “eBooks”:
4. Click on the “Install/Reinstall” (the button will change depending on whether you have installed the eBook previously) button for each of the eBooks. Please Note: It may take up to five minutes for the eBooks to download and show in the “Books” app from when you select “Install” in the Self-Service portal, there is unfortunately no progress bar to show the status:
5. The eBooks should now show up in the “Books” app:
