Calling Using the Keypad

1. Within the RingCentral Application, under the Phone panel, select the Keypad tab

2. You have the option to:

a. Enter the number using your keyboard. Click into the Enter name or number field, then use

    your Num Lock keypad to enter the number to dial.

b. Use the dial pad to click on each number

3. Click on the Dial: (number) to call.

4. The following pop-up call window will appear.
