Internal Contacts

1. Within the RingCentral Application, under the Phone panel, select the Keypad tab

2. Click into the Enter name or number field, then enter in the Name, extension number or email address

3. Click on the contact

4. The pop-up call window will appear

External Contacts

For external contacts you will be unable to use the extension number or email address - only enter the full phone number or the name of the contact.
