Voicemail in Ring Central

To listen to a voicemail:
1. Within the RingCentral Application, under the Phone panel
2. Select the Voicemail tab
3. Select the Voicemail message
4. Click on the Play button to listen to the message
5. To access other voicemail options, hover over the entry, then select the ellipses (3 dots)
a. Add contact
b. Mark as read
c. Download
d. Copy number
e. Delete
f. Block number
Change Voicemail Greeting
To change a voicemail greeting:
1. Within the RingCentral Application, under the Phone panel
2. Select the Voicemail tab
3. Click on the Settings gear icon
4. Select the Voicemail settings option
5. Select Voicemail greeting
6. To change to a custom greeting click on the dropdown arrow beside default and select Custom
7. A window will appear to “Allow RingCentral to access your device?” This gives permission to access your camera, microphone or speakers while you’re using the app. Press Allow
8. You now have the below options:
a. Computers Microphone to record your custom greeting (up to 5 minutes), press on the red recording button
b. Phone – RingCentral will call you on the number you provide to record your customer greeting over the phone. To do this, enter your number, and press the Call now button
c. Importing – Upload a greeting you have recorded in a .WAV or .MP3 file. To do this, drag and drop the file into the box provided
