How To Enable And Disable Call Queues In Microsoft Teams

These Call Queues will allow you to opt in or out of receiving Phone Calls, providing individual control for when you may or may not wish to receive calls for specific departments (e.g. Reception).
Please find steps below on enabling and disabling Call Queues in Teams:
1. In your Microsoft Teams app, click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner and select "Settings":
2. In the menu pane on the left-hand side, select "Calls":
3. From the top menu bar, select the Call Queue that you wish to enable or disable. Toggle the option "Receive calls from this queue" to on or off depending on your preference:
