How to Access Year Level Portals on SEQTA Engage
SEQTA Engage also allows parents/guardians to access documents relevant to the students' year level. This can be found on the respective year level 'Portals' and may include information regarding subject selections (senior school) and 'Parent Info Night' Powerpoints. There are also portals available regarding events in Sport (found on the SPORTAL), Arts (found on The Arts @ Corpus), and Ministry (found on Ministry and Service) available to all students, parents/guardians and teachers. How to Access Year Level Portals - Web Please go to the Corpus SEQTA Engage website at: engage.corpus.wa.edu.au To access your child's year level portal, please ensure that you are logged into SEQTA with your username (e.g johnsmith1) and password. You will then be lead to the 'Jumpstart' page which looks like this: Click on 'Portals'. The list of portals should appear and will include the year level that your child is in. For example, year 11 parents/guardians and students will only be able to see their respective year level portal. Parents/guardians of multiple children will only see the year level portals that their children are in. Click on the Year level portal you would like to access (e.g Year 11 Portal). Documents relevant to your child's year level should already be available. Just scroll down to find the document that you'd like to access (e.g Online Learning Plan) and click on it to access the document. Please Note: If you are unable to find the document you are looking for, please email your head of year. How to See Lesson Plans on SEQTA Engage
One particular feature of SEQTA Engage is that it allows parents/guardians of students to see the contents of the lesson plan for each lesson in each subject. How to see Lesson Plans - Web To be able to see the lesson plans for your child, please ensure that you are logged in to SEQTA Engage. Next, please click on 'Courses'. Then, click on the respective course that you would like to see (e.g Year 11 Literature) You will then be lead to this page: Please click on 'Today' if you would like to see the contents of the Lesson Plan for Today You will then be lead to the lesson plan for the day. Please Note: If you would like to see other lessons, please click on 'Go To' and search for the date you would like. How to access Student Reports on SEQTA Engage
End of Semester, End of Year as well as NAPLAN & BRLA reports can be accessed via SEQTA as soon as they have been made available. The reports are also opened in a ready-to-print format and can be saved to your device. Accessing Reports on a Desktop/Laptop via SEQTA Online Open SEQTA Engage (parents) via engage.corpus.wa.edu.au and enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your login details, please email helpdesk@corpus.wa.edu.au Upon successfully logging in, a sidebar will appear on the left-hand side of the screen. Click on 'REPORTS' along the side bar. Next, click on the student whose report you wish to access and find the report you wish to access (e.g 2020 Semester 1) Accessing Reports on a Mobile Device via Engage App Download the Engage app from your device's app store if it is not already installed on your device. Creating A SEQTA Engage Login
Due to a recent College update, if you have previously had a SEQTA Engage account, you will need to re-create your account. To do so, please delete the app from your device and reinstall. Open the “Welcome to SEQTA Engage!” email and click on “Set up your account now” link. 2. Once the SEQTA Engage web site loads you will be asked for your ‘Desired Username’. Enter your preferred password and confirm. Click ‘Log In’. 3. You will see the main home page load. SEQTA Mobile App The SEQTA App for your mobile device provides the flexibility to access content while on the go and receive notifications quickly. You can install this from either the Apple Store or Google Play Store depending on your device type. Once the app is installed and you open it for the first time, click on the button “I have a code”. You can then use the camera on your device to scan the picture code from the “Welcome to SEQTA Engage!” email sent to you and connect to your Corpus Parent account. 1. Open the app and read through the tutorial. When you get to the Add Account page, if you have a computer you can scan the barcode from your phone to auto sign in. If you do not have another device to scan, select Manual Setup. . 2. If you have selected Manual Setup you will need to type in "engage.corpus.wa.edu.au" 3. Clearing Website Cache
If you are having trouble logging into Seqta, or you can log in but it isn't displaying correctly, you will need to clear your cache and cookies for Seqta (website login and data for your user). Please follow the below instructions for each of the 4 main browsers. At the time of writing, the images are correct. This article will go through how to access assessment marks and information on SEQTA Engage. Notifications are also provided when teachers release assessment marks on SEQTA. SEQTA Engage: How to Find a Teacher's Email Address
This article provides instructions for locating teaching staff contact details. Emailing a Teacher through SEQTA Engage 1. Log into SEQTA Engage. 2. Navigate to Timetable. Note for families with multiple students at the College - please ensure that you select the correct student's name at the top timetable panel. 3. Select the subject which the Teacher teaches. 4. Click the 'Mail' app. The teacher's email address will pre-populate into your device's default mail client.
