Some FAQs to help troubleshoot your SEQTA issues

How Do I View my Assessment Outlines?
Every course in SEQTA contains an assessment outline which provided for the entire academic year. The outline provides details of each assessment including the description, score percentage contributing to the TOTAL of the year and the time frame. Below is a screenshot of an example assessment outline. To access to the assessment outline in both SEQTA Engage & Learn, follow the steps below: - On the SEQTA homepage, click on the COURSES on the menu panel on the left-hand side of the page. If you are using SEQTA on mobile devices, tap on the Menu icon in the bottom left corner to open the Menu panel, then tap on COURSES - Click on the course to view the assessment outline. The screenshot below shows how the English course is displayed in SEQTA. - To view, scroll down the screen and you will find the assessment outline attached as one of the course documents. How do I log in to SEQTA Learn?
SEQTA Learn is the online portal for students at Corpus Christi College You can access SEQTA Learn online or by downloading the SEQTA Learn App in your device App Store: Logging in Online Access SEQTA Learn by following this link: SEQTA Learn Input your school username and password and click Login. Logging in via the app Ensure that you have downloaded the app from the app store (SEQTA Learn). You should see this page when you first open it up. Click on the arrows to proceed. Keep clicking the arrows until you get to this page and click on 'Manual Setup' Next, type in the following link into the bar: corpus.learn.cewa.edu.au . Hit the arrow to proceed. How to Access Course Outlines on SEQTA Engage
On SEQTA Engage, you are able to keep track of your child's progress and monitor their learning. One of the features of SEQTA Engage is that teachers are able to share important course documents with parents and guardians, including the Course Outline of their particular subject course. How to Access the Course Outline - Web To access the course outline, you must first ensure that you are logged in with your SEQTA username (e.g jsmith) and your password on engage.corpus.wa.edu.au. You will be lead to the 'jumpstart' page which looks like this: Next, click on 'Courses': Click on the course for which you'd like to access the 'Course Outline' for. e.g Year 11 Literature You will be lead to the 'Course Cover Page', which generally looks like this: Please Note: each 'Course Cover Page' may look different, each learning area is responsible for their respective cover pages, so there may be differences in layout. Scroll down to 'Course Documents' In this section, there is normally an 'Assessment Outline' and a 'Course Outline'. Click on the 'Course Outline' document. How to Customise a SEQTA Learn Student Timetable
Getting Started Please ensure that you have a stable Wi-Fi connection before starting. You will also need to have one of the following: - SEQTA Learn App already installed on your device and logged into a student account (instructions here) - Access to a browser & be on the SEQTA Learn website Accessing the Timetable via the SEQTA Learn App 1. Go to the Menu Bar (three green lines at the top left corner) and Select Timetable. 2. When your timetable opens, click on the subject that you wish to customise. Then, click on the Paint Palette Icon. 3. Customise the colour and shade and select OK when you are satisfied with your selection. 4. Your Timetable should reflect the change(s). Accessing the Timetable via the SEQTA Learn Website 1. Log into SEQTA Learn and Select Timetable. 2. When your timetable opens, click on the subject that you wish to customise. Then, click on the Paint Palette Icon. 3. Customise the colour and shade and select OK when you are satisfied with your selection. 4. Your Timetable should reflect the change(s). Setting Your Timetable as a Screensaver These Instructions are applicable to users of the App AND Browser 1. Open your Timetable 2. Select Print at the top of the page 3. Select Click Here to Access Your Document 4. Screenshot the view that appears. 5. Go to Settings > Wallpaper > Choose a New Wallpaper. 6. Select one of your own photos (tap an album, then tap the photo). To reposition your selected image, pinch open to zoom in on it, then drag the image to move it. Pinch closed to zoom back out. 7. SEQTA Learn: How to Submit Large Assessment Files using OneDrive
This article will provide instructions for submitting large assessment files onto SEQTA Learn, using Microsoft OneDrive. Please continue with the steps below if you have experienced any of the following: 1. An error occurring with the file upload, 2. [media processing] message, or 3. have a video, or keynote attachment to submit. I. PREPARATORY STEPS a. Please ensure that you have the OneDrive App installed and b. That you are logged in with your CEWA email address. II. HOW TO SUBMIT LARGE ASSESSMENT FILES USING ONEDRIVE. 1. In the OneDrive app, tap at the top of the screen. 2. Then tap to Upload a file or photo. Then click Photos and Videos to upload an attachment from photos OR Browse (for other documents). 3. Once your assessment file has uploaded to your school OneDrive, locate the attachment and select the three (3) dots (...) 4. Type in your teacher's name. 5. Click copy. 6. Paste the link into a Word document. 7. Submit the Word document to SEQTA Learn. Still Haven't Found Your Answer? Trouble Loading Content in Seqta (For Ipad)
If you are having trouble loading your content in SEQTA Learn the solution is relatively simple simply follow these steps: Open up the SEQTA learn app, it should look like this: Click on the three horizontal lines at the top left. This should open up the side menu. Click on the plus (+) icon on the bottom of the menu, it should be next to your name. Click 'Remove School' and then 'Confirm'. This will sign you out of your SEQTA account. Click 'Manual Setup'. Enter the following link: 'corpus.learn.cewa.edu.au' and press return. Enter your CEWA credentials and press return. After logging in successfully SEQTA should load after a short delay.
