How can I get involved in Co-Curricular Activities?
There are many opportunities for students to engage in extra curricular activities at the College. Students who are active participants within College life, often have a more positive school experience as they develop friendships and confidence which leads to greater results. What are Google Apps used for?
Google Apps like Docs, Drive and Slides may be used often at your time here at Corpus. These apps allow you to complete assignments, view important content from teachers and collaborate with other students. You may come across a few issues when using these apps. Here are the answers to the most common problems that other students have had. What are my Google Account Details? The email address that you'll need to sign into Google with is just your school email address (e.g jsmith6@student.cewa.edu.au). The password is just the one that you use to sign into your emails and SEQTA Learn. If you have forgotten your Corpus Christi password, please see the ICT Helpdesk (located in the Robert McCormack library). Where can I access the Google Suite? Online: You can easily access everything on a supported browser such as Apple's Safari or Google Chrome. Follow these simple steps: Sign into the google suite by clicking on this link Enter your CEWA email address (e.g jsmith6@student.cewa.edu.au) and password. Click 'confirm' on the contact verification page. Find the apps tab on the top right hand corner of the page (next to your profile picture) Open the app you wish to use (e.g slides) Mobile Apps: The Google App suite is also available on the App Store and can be downloaded at any time. ICT Off-Boarding for Graduating and Departing Students
Upon graduating or departing, student must ensure that they do the following items as email, SEQTA learn and any other CEWA credential accounts will be deleted at the commencement of the following year. **For device in the BYOD program that are still supervised and managed by Corpus Christi College If you do not complete the last step: "Finalising the Off-Boarding process for BYOD Program", you will encounter issues with the log-in process for your iPad after an update. Your iPad will display an error message stating it could not contact the College's MDM server. The solution for this is to erase the iPad via a physically connected laptop or desktop. Return of College Owned device to Corpus ICT On the last day at the college, If you have chosen to not purchase the College Owned device please return College Owned device and accessories to Corpus ICT, For further details regarding our ICT Strategy please visit this link. Please beware there will be a charge if the College Owned device has been returned damage. Corpus ICT Details Corpus Christi College, Robert McCormack Library 50 Murdoch Drive, Bateman, WA, 6150 Download Reports from SEQTA Learn As your SEQTA Learn log-in credentials will be deactivated, ensure that you download and save a copy of ALL your school reports. Saving them onto a USB or hard-drive, as well as another location is preferred to prevent any accidental loss of data. Back-Up Important Photos and Files Next, ensure that important photos and files are backed up onto a Cloud, Laptop or on a USB/Hardrive. This will prevent data loss should you wish to wipe your device. To back-up your iPad, follow the steps outlined here: How do I back-up my iPad Check Subscription Services As your school email account will be deactivated, ensure that any information on subscription services (i.e Spotify, Netflix) have been updated. You will need to open this up in the service's website. For example, if you would like to change your spotify email address, you would have to do so from the Spotify website. If you have signed up for emails from companies using your school email address and you would like to continue receiving those emails (i.e ASOS), change your email preferences from the company's website. Also if you are using a Corpus email address as your Apple ID address, change your Apple ID email address to a personal email address that you have access to. Find instructions for changing your Apple ID email address here: How to change your Apple ID email address Download ALL data from your CEWA OneDrive As your CEWA log-in details will expire, you will need to download all the data from your CEWA OneDrive account to be able to keep accessing the files. Note: this process is not supported on Internet Explorer. 1. Sign into your OneDrive account using your CEWA email credentials (i.e jsmith@student.cewa.edu.au) and your corresponding password at at https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-us/signin/ 2. To download individual or multiple files, select each item by clicking the circle check box that appears. (The left image below shows items in List view, the right image shows items in Tiles or Photos view.) (You can also select several files at once by selecting one file, scrolling down the list, then hold down the Shift key while left-clicking the last item you want to select.) 3. To select all files in a folder, click the circle to the left of the header row. 4. To select a folder, rather than just its contents, you may need to go up or back a level to select the whole folder. 5. In the top navigation, select Download. (You can also right-click the file, photo, or folder, and select Download.) Download ALL data from Google Drive Go to drive.google.com. Ensure that you are signed into your student Drive Have a look for any files you would like to keep. If there are any, continue with the steps: For one file: Click on the file to download. To download multiple files, press Command (Mac) or Ctrl (Windows) click any other files. Right-click click Download. Tip: You can't drag a file or folder directly to your desktop. Finalising the Off-Boarding process for BYOD Program **This step is for device in the BYOD program that are supervised and managed by Corpus Christi College **Before following the next steps please ensure to backup your device if required by following this article: How to back-up my iPad** To remove the message "This iPad is supervised and managed by Corpus Christi College" Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPad. How to Airplay from a Laptop on Monterey
AirPlay from your MacBook with Monterey Ensure your Mac is connected to the CEWA Wi-Fi network Go to Control Center in the top toolbar Select Screen Mirroring Select relevant classroom When prompted, enter the code which will display on the screen and click OK. You should now successfully be connected via AirPlay. To stop mirroring your device, click on the Control Centre, select Screen Mirroring and click on the currently connected Airplay (highlighted in blue.)

What to do after changing your Apple ID email address
After you change your Apple ID or password, you might need to update your sign-in information with any Apple services that you're using. Use the list below to make sure that each store or service is using your updated sign-in information. You can use these steps to sign in on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, PC, and Apple TV. In some cases, you don't need to update your Apple ID or password on your device until the next time you're asked to sign in to the store or service. But if you're using services to share information or communicate with others, you should update your Apple ID or password immediately. Apple Online Store Update your Apple ID and password on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, and PC. iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch If you’re using iOS 10.3 or later, go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store. If you’re using iOS 10.2 or earlier, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store. If you're signed out, enter your updated Apple ID and password. If you're signed in with your previous Apple ID, tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out. Then enter your updated Apple ID and password. Mac with OS X Mountain Lion or later, or Windows PC Go to the Apple website. Click , then click Account. In the Account Settings section, click Apple ID and password. Enter your updated Apple ID and password. FaceTime Update your Apple ID and password on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Mac. iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch Go to Settings > FaceTime. If you're signed out on your iPhone or iPod touch, tap "Use your Apple ID for FaceTime" and enter your updated Apple ID and password. On your iPad, just enter your updated Apple ID and password. On your iPad, just enter your updated Apple ID and password. iCloud Update your Apple ID and password on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, PC, and Apple TV. iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch If you’re using iOS 10.3 or later, go to Settings > [your name]. If you’re using iOS 10.2 or earlier, go to Settings > iCloud. If you're signed out, enter your updated Apple ID and password. The data in iCloud will automatically appear on your device after you sign in. If you're still signed in with your previous Apple ID: Scroll down and tap Sign Out, then follow the onscreen steps. You might need to enter your password. Your data will remain in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again. Enter your updated Apple ID and password. If you updated your Apple ID email address* before signing out of iCloud, and your device repeatedly asks for the password to your previous Apple ID, you can temporarily change your Apple ID to sign in. Mac If you're using macOS Catalina, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Apple ID, then click iCloud. If you're using macOS Mojave or earlier, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click iCloud. If you're signed out, enter your updated Apple ID and password to sign in. The data in iCloud will automatically appear on your device after you sign in. If you're signed in with your previous Apple ID: Click Sign Out. Depending on what iCloud options are turned on, you'll be asked if you want to make copies or delete iCloud data (Contacts, Calendar, Reminders, Bookmarks, Photo Stream) from your Mac. Your data will remain in iCloud and will be updated on your device when you sign in to iCloud again. Enter your updated Apple ID and password to sign in. Apple TV To play content from your Mac or PC on an Apple TV HD, go to Settings > Accounts > iCloud. On Apple TV (3rd generation or earlier) go to Settings > iCloud. If you're signed out, choose Sign In. You'll be asked to sign in with the Apple ID that you entered for the iTunes Store. If you use the same Apple ID for iCloud and the iTunes Store, choose Yes. If you're signed in with your previous Apple ID, choose Sign Out, then choose Sign In. You'll be asked to sign in with the Apple ID that you entered for the iTunes Store. If you use the same Apple ID for iCloud and the iTunes Store, choose Yes. App Store, Books Store, and iTunes Store Update your Apple ID and password on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, Apple TV, or Windows PC. On a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier, iTunes includes iTunes Genius, iTunes Home Sharing, iTunes Match, iTunes Store, and iTunes U. On a Mac with macOS Catalina, open Apple Music, Apple TV, or Apple Podcasts instead of iTunes. iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch If you’re using iOS 10.3 or later, go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store. If you’re using iOS 10.2 or earlier, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store. If you're signed out, enter your updated Apple ID and password. If you're signed in with your previous Apple ID, tap your Apple ID, then tap Sign Out. Then enter your updated Apple ID and password. Mac On a Mac with macOS Catalina, open Apple Music, Apple TV, or Apple Podcasts. If you're signed out, select Account > Sign In and enter your updated Apple ID and password. If you're signed in with your previous Apple ID, choose Sign Out, then choose Sign In and enter your updated Apple ID and password. For Home Sharing on Apple TV HD, go to Settings > Accounts > Home Sharing. On Apple TV (3rd generation or earlier), go to Settings > Computers. Then choose Turn Off Home Sharing. When you're asked to confirm, choose Turn Off. Then choose Turn On Home Sharing, and enter your updated Apple ID and password. Smart TV or streaming media device Open Apple Music, Apple TV, or Apple Podcasts. If you're signed out, choose Settings, then select Account > Sign In. If you're signed in with your previous Apple ID, choose Settings, select Account > Sign Out, then choose Settings, select Account > Sign In and enter your updated Apple ID and password.
