How to create a Flexischools account for Staff
Creating a Flexischools Account (Staff) Register for Flexischools by visiting www.flexischools.com.au Click Register and enter your preferred email address. You will receive a registration email from Flexischools, please open it and follow the instructions within. Click on the link provided (or copy and paste the link in a new internet browser window) Follow the registration process, creating a password and completing your personal details. Adding Staff Card to a Flexischools Account Navigate to Students and Add a Student Click on the school field and starting typing Corpus Christi College, select Corpus Christi College, BATEMAN, WA, 6150 Enter the Your: First Name, Last Name, Year Level and Class. Ensure the Student card number is your CEWA username. Click Save. Give the system 1 day for an overnight update and your should be able to use your account the next day.

How to change your Apple ID email to a Corpus email address Go to appleid.apple.com and sign in. This must be done on a browser Verify your log in on a secondary device (that is connected to your Apple ID) 3. In the Account section, choose Edit. 4. Choose Change Apple ID. 5. Enter the email address that you want to use (first.last@corpus.wa.edu.au) 6. Choose Continue. 7. If you've changed your Apple ID to a third-party email address, check your email for a verification code, then enter the code. Find out what to do if you didn't receive the email. 8. If you use services like iCloud or Messages to share things with friends and colleagues, sign in to those services with your updated Apple ID. If you can't change your Apple ID If you try to change your Apple ID to an @icloud.com email address that has been created within the last 30 days, you will be asked to try again later. If you see a message stating that the email address that you want to use isn't available or is already in use, check that you or a family member isn't already using that email address with a different Apple ID. If a family member is using that email address, remove it from their account and then try to use it again. In some countries or regions, you can use your phone number as your Apple ID. How to add another email address to an Apple ID
Additional email addresses Many of us have more than one email address that friends and family use to reach us. Add an email address that you commonly use to your Apple ID account, so people can easily find and communicate with you on Apple services like FaceTime, iMessage, Shared Albums, iWork collaboration, and Find My. Instead of changing your apple ID completely, you may just wish to add your Corpus or personal email to your account. Add an additional email address (MacOS) Sign in to your Apple ID account page. Click Edit in the Account section. Under Reachable at, select Add More. Enter your additional email address. Make sure you're not already using it as an Apple ID. Apple will send a verification to that address. Didn't get the email? Enter the verification code and click Verify. Add an additional email address (iOS) Go to Settings > Name (top left corner) Click Name, Phone Numbers, Email in the Account section. Under Contactable At, select Add More. Enter your additional email address. (i.e first.last@corpus.wa.edu.au) Make sure you're not already using it as an Apple ID. Apple will send a verification to that address. Didn't get the email? Enter the verification code and click Verify. Delete an additional email address Sign in to your Apple ID account page. Click Edit in the Account section. To delete one of your additional email addresses, click next to the address. Rescue email address Having a rescue email address is optional but recommended if you do not have two-factor authentication or two-step verification. If you ever forget your security questions, you can use your rescue email address to reset them. We also send any account security-related notifications to your rescue email address. If you have two-factor authentication or two-step verification, you have a notification email address instead of a rescue email address and won't need to remember security questions. Add or edit a rescue email address Sign in to your Apple ID account page. Click Edit in the Security section. You might be asked to answer one or more security questions before you continue. To add a rescue email address: Under Rescue Email, click Add an Email Address, then enter your rescue email address. We send a verification to that address. Didn't get the email? Enter the verification code and click Verify. To edit a rescue email address: Select Change Email Address under the address you want to edit, then enter the new address. We send a verification to that address. Didn't get the email? Enter the verification code and click Verify. If you had a rescue email address on file when you upgraded to two-factor authentication or two-step verification, you can also use these steps to edit your notification email address. If you remove the notification email, you won't be able to add a new one. Delete a rescue email address Sign in to your Apple ID account page. Click Edit in the Security section. Request A Loan Item
The Loan Service has been designed to save you time. Instead of having to walk to Help Desk, you can use the Loan Service to request items from your computer such as; -Exam Laptops -Loan iPads -Loan Chargers Unfortunately, if you have multiple exam laptops you must lodge a request for each one. There will be an update to allow for multiple items in one request in later updates to Freshservice. To use the Loan Service, click on the following link ... > https://helpdeskcorpus.freshservice.com/support/home and click on "Request a Loan Item". The catalogue will have most items that are requested frequently. If you want something that is not on the list, lodge a ticket with the Help Desk using https://helpdeskcorpus.freshservice.com/support/tickets/new Once you have selected the item you need, it will give you the following window. Some items won't give you the option to select a date and time, so just place the request. If the item does give you the option for date and time, ensure you fill this out correctly. Click on the calendar and select the day that you would like the loan from and then select a time. Do this for the return date of the item as well. For Example, if you needed to request an Exam Laptop for Period 5 on Tuesday you would select the day and make the start time at least 30 minutes before the Laptop is needed and for the return time you would select at least 30 minutes after it's needed until so that there is time allowed for transferring documents and ensuring the files are stored correctly when transferred. On the right hand side there is an option to request the item for someone else. If the item is for a student, then put in their student email. Once you have filled out the details, click on "Place Request" Profit

Personal Development Day OneNote access on mobile device
Begin by downloading Microsoft Teams and Microsoft OneNote from either the Google Play store or Apple's App Store. Log into Microsoft Teams and OneNote using your CEWA email and password. Find the 8070-Professional Development team and click on the hidden channel called 8th June 2021 - Aboriginal Immersion Day. Once you are in the Team click on the tab called More Under the More tab is a link to a OneNote. Click on the three dots next to the OneNote link and select Open. This will open OneNote in Team. Click on the button called Open in Desktop App. Click on the tab with your name and go through each section and load them before you leave for the PD day to ensure you can access the tabs and complete all tasks.

Blank EMS360 fix - Macbook and iPad
MacBook: Close any tabs on your MacBook that you have EMS360 open on. Click on Safari in the top left corner and then click on Preferences. 3. Click on the button called Privacy and click the button Manage Website Data. 4. Search for EMS360 in the search bar and click Remove. 5. Once you have done this go back to EMS360 click on SSO and login. 6. Your EMS360 should now display all your data. iPad: 1. Close any tabs on your iPad that you have EMS360 open on. 2. Go to the Setting App and on the left side scroll down to Safari. 3.Once you are in the Safari tab, scroll down until you see a button called Clear History and Website Data. Click on the button and click the red Clear button. 4. Once you have done this go back to EMS360 click on SSO and login. 5. Your EMS360 should now display all your data. AV Rack - Tutorial
This is the AV Rack. It might look intimidating, but there is not a huge amount you need to know. Green is the AV Controller Red is the Wireless Microphone Blue are the Amps GREEN The AV Controller has a several options. Assembly turns on both projectors. Sports uses only the middle projector. Audio is audio only, the screen won't lower. If you would like to run the overhead audio, you will need to turn on the amps as well. BLUE The Amps are easy to switch on. Just press the circled buttons and they will click and light up. Please ensure these are turned off when you are finished with the gym. RED To use the wireless microphone, you will need to turn on the top left EV receiver. Press and hold the power button (circled) and the unit will turn on. Then grab the microphone and push the switch upwards to turn it on. If you would like to just play audio and nothing else, instead of air-playing to the Apple TV you can use an aux to rca cable and plug it into the wall. As long as the amps are on, the audio will work regardless of what you select on the controller. If the volume isn't loud enough, you will need to select Audio on the controller and then increase the volume.

How to submit my COVID Vaccination Certificate? (For Staff in MyHR)
Uploading evidence of COVID-19 immunisation on MyHR Your COVID-19 Immunisation details and certificate can be entered and uploaded via MyHR. 1. Please download a copy of your immunisation certificate from your MyGov account. You will need to ensure that Medicare is linked to your MyGov account. Below is an example of a COVID-19 digital certificate. Alternatively, you can provide your Australian Immunisation Statement from Medicare. You cannot submit the certificate from your digital wallet. 2. Log into your MyHR account using your CEWA credentials. You will find the Immunisation Details under the My Details > Personal Details menu as per the screenshot below. 3. Click on “Immunisation Details”. 4. Next click on “Add new record”. 5. Immunisation - Click on the drop-down arrow and select from the list. Note: If you are fully immunised select CVD02 COVID-19 Fully Vaccinated (2nd Dose) or CVD03 COVID-19 Booster One Immunisation Date - This is the date of your immunisation. Document Number - This can be found on your COVID-19 certificate. Upload Certificate - Upload a copy of your immunisation certificate. Once completed click the Submit button. A request is then sent to your line manager for approval. Your line manager will view your certificate and approve.
