How to clear your browser cache
These instructions for clearing your cache in different browsers and operating systems apply to all Corpus Christi users. Follow the steps for the browser you use. Android Chrome Edge Firefox Internet Explorer Safari for Mac Safari for PC Safari for iOS (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch) When troubleshooting issues with any site, always exit your browser completely after clearing your cache before attempting to access the site again. In Windows, close all your browser windows; in Mac OS X, quit (Command-q) your browser. Android Select Menu, then More. Select Settings. Under "Privacy settings", select Clear cache, Clear history, or Clear all cookie data as appropriate, and then OK to accept. Chrome Click the 3 dots (Mac) or exclamation point (PC) in the upper right corner of the browser. Hover over the More Tools option then click Clear Browsing Data... Choose The Beginning Of Time or lesser time frame in the "Clear the Following Items From" field. Select the items you want to clear (e.g., Browsing history, Download history, Cached images and files, Cookies and other site data). Click Clear Browsing Data. Edge Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the browser. Choose Settings. Under Clear Browsing Data click Choose What To Clear. Select the items you wish to clear (e.g., Browsing History, Cookies and Saves Website Date, Cached Data and Files, Downloaded History and Form Data). Click Clear. Firefox Click the hamburger menu in the upper right corner of the browser. Click Preferences (Mac) or Options (PC). Click Privacy in the left menu bar. Click Clear Your Recent History. From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything. Click the down arrow next to "Details" to choose which elements of the history to clear. Select Browsing & Download History, Form & Search History, Cookies, Cache and Active Logins Click Clear Now. Internet Explorer Click Tools, and select Delete Browsing History... . Deselect Preserve Favorites website data, and select Temporary Internet files, Cookies, and History. Click Delete. Safari for Mac Click the Safari menu, then Clear History... In the Clear field choose All History Click Clear History. Safari for PC Click on the Settings (Gear) icon in the upper right corner of the browser.. Click Reset Safari Select the items you wish to clear. (It is recommended to check all items). Click Reset. Mobile Safari for iOS (iPhone, iPod touch, iPad) To clear cache and cookies: From the home screen, Select Settings > Safari. At the bottom of Safari's settings screen, Select Clear cookies and data or Clear Cookies and Clear Cache. Confirm when prompted. To clear history: From the home screen, tap Safari. Year 6 end-of-year Checklist
As part of the transition from Year 6 to Year 7, we advise that students back-up important information stored on their devices to prevent data loss over the school holiday period. Back-Up Important Photos and Files Next, ensure that important photos and files are backed up onto a Cloud, Laptop or on a USB/Hardrive. This will prevent data loss should you wish to wipe your device. To back-up your iPad, follow the steps outlined here: How do I back-up my iPad Download ALL data from your CEWA OneDrive As your CEWA log-in details will expire, you will need to download all the data from your CEWA OneDrive account to be able to keep accessing the files. Note: this process is not supported on Internet Explorer. 1. Sign into your OneDrive account using your CEWA email credentials (i.e jsmith@student.cewa.edu.au) and your corresponding password at at https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-us/signin/ 2. To download individual or multiple files, select each item by clicking the circle check box that appears. (The left image below shows items in List view, the right image shows items in Tiles or Photos view.) (You can also select several files at once by selecting one file, scrolling down the list, then hold down the Shift key while left-clicking the last item you want to select.) 3. To select all files in a folder, click the circle to the left of the header row. 4. To select a folder, rather than just its contents, you may need to go up or back a level to select the whole folder. 5. In the top navigation, select Download. (You can also right-click the file, photo, or folder, and select Download.) Download ALL data from Google Drive Go to drive.google.com. Ensure that you are signed into your student Drive Have a look for any files you would like to keep. If there are any, continue with the steps: For one file: Click on the file to download. To download multiple files, press Command (Mac) or Ctrl (Windows) click any other files. Right-click click Download. Tip: You can't drag a file or folder directly to your desktop. ICT Checklist for Departing Staff
This article contains instructions for staff departing the College. Device Care Back-Up Important Photos and Files Next, ensure that important photos and files are backed up onto a Cloud, Laptop or on a USB/Hardrive. This will prevent data loss when your device is wiped at the end of the calendar year. To back-up your iPad and MacBook, follow the steps outlined here: How do I back-up my iPad and How do I back up my MacBook Check Subscription Services As your email account will be deactivated, ensure that any information on subscription services (i.e Spotify, Netflix) have been updated. You will need to open this up in the service's website. For example, if you would like to change your spotify email address, you would have to do so from the Spotify website. If you have signed up for emails from companies using your school email address and you would like to continue receiving those emails (i.e ASOS), change your email preferences from the company's website. Also if you are using a Corpus email address as your Apple ID address, change your Apple ID email address to a personal email address that you have access to. If you would like to access your payslips and your account has been deactivated please contact CEWA IT Support (support.cewa.edu.au). Keys and Security Access FOBs/Cards Cards and FOBs Please return your security access cards/FOBs to the IT department. Keys Please return your classroom keys to the IT department. Select your Accreditation, ie "Provide First Aid [ALL]" Select "Accredited Date" Select "Save" 5. Select Attachment icon 6. Select "Browse" and attach your First Aid Certificate 7. Checklist for Short-term Leave (Staff)
This checklist will go through ICT requirements prior to going on leave less than one (1) term long. 1. Set an Out of Office Status Message 2. Backup important files 3. Store shared files in Sharepoint or Teams SET AN OUT OF OFFICE STATUS At the bottom left corner of the of the navigation pane, select Mail On the Tools tab, select Automatic Replies. Select Send automatic replies for account "(your account)". Under Reply once to each sender within my organization, enter your automatic reply. To set the start and end dates, select the Send replies during this time period checkbox, and enter the start and end dates and times. Note: When you check this box and set start and end dates and times, your out of office replies will turn off automatically when the end date and time occurs. To set options for replying to people outside your organization (if it is enabled by your Exchange administrator), select Send replies outside my organization, then select Send only to my Contacts or Send to all external senders, and under Reply once to senders outside my organization, enter your automatic reply. Select OK. BACK UP ALL DEVICES Next, ensure that important photos and files are backed up onto a Cloud, Laptop or on a USB/Hardrive. Both methods start by going to the files folder for your channel and both methods, by default, upload copies of your files to the channel file folder. Drag and drop - Using your mouse, drag the file from where it's currently located and drop it on the Teams window among the files. Upload - Select Upload,then select the file (or files) you'd like to upload, and select Open. Any files you upload will be accessible by any member of your team. How do I change my Staff Password?
Instructions: To change your password, please follow these steps: Sign in to office.com/signin with your CEWA login. Go to Settings > Password. Enter your old password. Create a new password and confirm it. Select Submit to finish and change your password. Password Confidentiality: Ensure that your new password is kept confidential and not shared with anyone. It's also advisable to avoid using the same password for multiple accounts. MacOS - Fix no A3/double-sided printing option
Please see the steps below for how to fix missing printing options: Quit the program(s) that you wish to print from: Click on the Apple icon in the top right of the screen, then ‘System Settings…’: In the top left, click the search icon; search for ‘print’; click on the printer you wish to use: Once you have clicked the printer causing issues, at the bottom of the screen click ‘Remove Printer’: Repeat previous steps for any other problematic printer, if applicable. In the bottom right, click ‘Add Printer’: Select the printer you wish to add back, make sure ‘Use Air Print’ is selected’, and click ‘Add’: Repeat for any other problematic printers if applicable. Set your preferred printer such as ‘Corpus find-me printing’ as your default: Launch the program you wish to print from, and you should now have the missing options: The issue should now be resolved. How to Scan to OneDrive
Purpose This article guide the use on how to scan document to OneDrive On Photocopier 1. Tap you college card or fob on any college printer 2. Put your scan document either on the scanner or feeder 3. Next choose "Scan" 4. Then choose "Scan to Onedrive" 5. Next choose "Start Scanning". A tick should appear 6. Remove your document from the scanner 7. Choose "Logout" On Email 1.1. If it is your first time using "Scan to Onedrive" you will received the message: "Authorize Scans for PaperCut MF to save to your ObeDrive for Business", in your email: 1.2. Choose "Login to OneDrive for Business" in the email 1.3. If prompted, Signed in with your CEWA login to confirmed you would like the scan document to your OneDrive. 2. You should have now received an email from: "Scans for PaperCut MF" 3. Click on "Go to your scan!", this will then open up your scan document.
