How to log-in to Education Perfect (Students)
This article will provide instructions for logging in to Education Perfect. Please ensure that you have purchased an Education Perfect license from the booklist before proceeding. Education Perfect is a service utilised by students in years seven (7) to ten (10) to complete tasks set by their subject teachers. The following learning areas use Education Perfect: English Humanities Science Languages Mathematics Religious Education Health/Physical Education Logging in to Education Perfect 1. Open the Education Perfect app or educationperfect.com 2. Click Log-in through SSO. 3. Type in the school 'CEWA Azure AD' and click on the school. 4. How to set-up your device for NAPLAN testing
This guide will provide instructions for required settings on student devices in compliance with NAPLAN standards. Accessibility Settings Turn off Assistive Touch 1. Go to Settings, then open Accessibility > Touch. 2. Go to AssistiveTouch and ensure Assistive Touch is off (default is in off position). Spellcheck and predictive text 1. Go to Settings, then Accessibility. 2. Select Switch Control and turn off Switch Control. Voice Control Turned off 1. Go to Settings, then click Accessibility. 2. Select Voice Control and ensure it is OFF . Keyboard Settings Turn off the Auto-corrective settings. 1. Go to Settings, then click General > Keyboard. 2. Ensure Auto-capitalisation, Auto-Correction, Check Spelling is OFF Turn off the Emoji keyboard 1. Go to Settings, then click General. Then go to Keyboard > Keyboards. 2. Select Edit, then select the remove icon next to the Emoji keyboard. 3. Select Delete, then select Done. Other Settings Turn off auto-Lock 1. Go to Settings, then Display & Brightness. 2. How do I register my SmartRider card?
Registering a SmartRider card Registration is optional for the Standard SmartRider card but we recommend you do so. You may do it in one of the following ways, Create an Account or Log into My Account or Call the Transperth Infoline or Complete a SmartRider Registration form. You may download the registration form or get one from a Transperth Info Centre or Transperth Retail Sales Outlet. Exiting Checklist for Departing Students
An ICT checklist for departing students. Download Reports from SEQTA Learn As your SEQTA Learn log-in credentials will be deactivated, ensure that you download and save a copy of ALL your school reports. Saving them onto a USB or hard-drive, as well as another location is preferred to prevent any accidental loss of data. Back-Up Important Photos and Files Next, ensure that important photos and files are backed up onto a Cloud, Laptop or on a USB/Hardrive. This will prevent data loss should you wish to wipe your device. To back-up your iPad, follow the steps outlined here: How do I back-up my iPad Check Subscription Services As your school email account will be deactivated, ensure that any information on subscription services (i.e Spotify, Netflix) have been updated. You will need to open this up in the service's website. For example, if you would like to change your spotify email address, you would have to do so from the Spotify website. If you have signed up for emails from companies using your school email address and you would like to continue receiving those emails (i.e ASOS), change your email preferences from the company's website. Also if you are using a Corpus email address as your Apple ID address, change your Apple ID email address to a personal email address that you have access to. Find instructions for changing your Apple ID email address here: How to change your Apple ID email address Download ALL data from your CEWA OneDrive As your CEWA log-in details will expire, you will need to download all the data from your CEWA OneDrive account to be able to keep accessing the files. Note: this process is not supported on Internet Explorer. 1. Sign into your OneDrive account using your CEWA email credentials (i.e jsmith@student.cewa.edu.au) and your corresponding password at at https://onedrive.live.com/about/en-us/signin/ 2. To download individual or multiple files, select each item by clicking the circle check box that appears. (The left image below shows items in List view, the right image shows items in Tiles or Photos view.) (You can also select several files at once by selecting one file, scrolling down the list, then hold down the Shift key while left-clicking the last item you want to select.) 3. To select all files in a folder, click the circle to the left of the header row. 4. To select a folder, rather than just its contents, you may need to go up or back a level to select the whole folder. 5. In the top navigation, select Download. (You can also right-click the file, photo, or folder, and select Download.) Download ALL data from Google Drive Go to drive.google.com. Ensure that you are signed into your student Drive Have a look for any files you would like to keep. If there are any, continue with the steps: For one file: Click on the file to download. To download multiple files, press Command (Mac) or Ctrl (Windows) click any other files. Right-click click Download. Tip: You can't drag a file or folder directly to your desktop. Digital Stylus - Instructions
Diagram: Paring and powering on/off: Switch the Digital Stylus on by pressing the power button The Blue LED(s) should now be illuminated Note the number of blue LEDs illuminated depicts the charge levels - the more LEDs, the more charge the stylus holds Simply start using the Digital Stylus on your iPad, (no paring is required!) To power off the Digital Stylus, press the power button again until all LED(s) are off Charging: Ensure the charging cap is removed Plug the Digital Stylus into your iPad (be sure to leave the iPad/Stylus in a safe place where they can't accidentally be knocked) Press the power button The blue LED(s) will now be flashing to indicate the stylus is charging Note if the battery is completely flat - please still follow the above instructions Caring for your Digital Stylus: By nature, the Digital Styluses sport a convenient and robust design. However, much like any piece of ICT equipment they require a level of reasonable care: Charging - When charging your Digital Stylus via the iPad's charging port, it is important to make sure the iPad is on a flat surface where the stylus cannot be bumped Keep the stylus in a safe place away from dirt, liquids and foods. The ideal place for storage is in the iPad case which has a built in holder, located in the flap that holds the case closed Replacement tips - should the pencil require a replacement tip, please visit the ICT Helpdesk Loss or damage - if the stylus incurs any damage or is lost, please contact our Helpdesk Accidental and non-accidental damage: All pieces of technology have a reasonably expected lifespan when used as intended and are subject to reasonable 'wear and tear' during their use. How to ensure my Onedrive is sync and working properly?
You can check the OneDrive sync status on your Macbook desktop by clicking on the OneDrive icon on the menu bar (Top Right of screen) Here is a list of different type of status on OneDrive A green checkmark indicates that the files are "Up to date" and fully synced with OneDrive. A circle arrow indicates that files are "Syncing" or being uploaded/downloaded to/from OneDrive. A red "X" indicates that files are not syncing due to connectivity issues or other problems. A blue cloud indicates that OneDrive is "Processing changes" or updating the files. If your OneDrive is not "Up to date" please email: helpdesk@corpus.wa.edu.au or drop by the Corpus ICT.

Cafeteria & Smartrider Card Our Cafeteria is a modern facility that provides healthy meals and beverages to our school community. We’re proud to offer a cashless card system that links a student’s SmartRider through Flexischools. This makes lunchtime even easier and more convenient! For more information about our Cafeteria and the Flexischools cashless card system, please visit here Student Smartrider Photos and Setup As part of the commencement process, each students photo will be taken to assist in ordering a Smartrider card. The College IT Team will assist with setting up all of the relevant access to use this card once it has been received from Transperth and distributed by Student Services.
